Default Engine speed won't go past 4800 on 1971 Honda CB350
The engine won't turn over any faster after I get to about 4800 rpm. It doesn't stall, it just starts putting louder and sounds pretty terrible. It does this in every gear. I must have put too much gas on too fast once because soon after I did that, the bike started doing this. Any ideas what might have happened?
