Found this page of stuff on the lc 1500 forum, I had seen it before but never looked closely. The C90 Service manual is actually and updated one with all the electronic diagnosis and error code stuff in it. I'm going to check out some of the procedures when I get home. I didn't realize the ECM memory was erased when the battery was disconnected, hence me getting no errors when attempting to get my bike started and jumpering the dealer plug.
