| bike has always since day 1 (last month) not had quick response to throttle. for 2 weeks i rode it to work, doing about avg of 85mph to work, and hitting 125 every once in a while just for the speed. last friday, at 120, the bike lost throttle. i could turn the throttle a 1/4th of the way, any more then that, it acted like it didn't have enough gas. it did this twice, WITHOUT shutting off, and then the rest of the ride was fine. i changed the fuel filter (NOT the suzuki kind, but a generic brand for atvs, etc. INLINE) which could be the problem, and i also changed the spark plugs. the bike broke down on sunday, as it completely would NOT start, and acted like it was not getting any gas what-so-ever. i ran it just now testing it out, took a bit of starts, but got it running, and it's not responding well, and in second gear, it kind of "jumps" like it might be running out of fuel (it's done this since day 1 as well) any would would be GREATLY appreciate, thank you. |

| Have you tried stripping the carbs and cleaning them. And checking all fuel/vacume lines for splits, How new is the air filter, are the inlet rubbers ok no splits or cracks. Cant think of anything else at the moment

| I would suggest the inline filter you fitted does not flow sufficient fuel for your bike. An ATV engine would not require the same amount of fuel as your engine so at higher speeds I reckon fuel delivery is not keeping pace with demand. Also as the filter becomes clogged the problem will become more pronounced. Good luck
