Smile TU250 1998 AKA volty 250

Good day everyone.
I don't really know if this bike is popular anywhere in the world, cuz here in israel its not. never the less a friend of my has it and need's his forks fixed. i have ordered the fork seals on ebay, but what i really cant solve is the exact measures of oil inside each telescope. how much oil do i need to fill?
i would much appreciate both in cc and in oil level (from the top).
10x alot

Sorry there is no help....apparantly... I am not familiar with this machine so any help I could give would be a shot in the dark. The only thing I can suggest is Google the bikes name/model and see what comes up...there may be an owners club or such....good luck...seems this bike isn't too popular here either.
