|  Bad Gas Milage Hey, I am only getting 30 to 35 mpg on my 2000 vz800. I was told it has a stage 1 jet kit, cobra exhaust, and stock air filters. I haven't heard of any bike getting this bad of gas mileage and with gas going up i need to fix it. I know it is running rich on one cylinder and probably due for an air filter change, but i dont think these would cause that much gas usage. It has new coil packs and new spark plugs. If you guys could point me in the right direction, i could use it.I really have no idea where to start |

 | thats not to bad mine is getting and remind you it is still stock. 35 in town and 45 on the hiway. i would love to do the 17tooth front sprocket upgrade to hopefully increase both mpgs. i would start at the air filters first. maybe look into K&N just due to how easy they are to get at. you might also wanna check out www.migcruisers.com they have alot of very smart guys when it comes to this bike.

| check out this site. very smart guy and he sells everything you need to "rejet" your bike. http://www.spacerjim.com/Jetting.htm? or check the link in the reply above ya for the 'rauders and the 'truders. being this site isn't to popular with the 'rauder but more of the M.
