Default RM 250 Rear Shock Rebuild

Ok i am in the process of rebuilding this rear shock on this bike(2000 RM 250) its a Kayba rear shock with three stage incremental. i am going to tear this thing apart replace the o-rings in the tube. Somewhere along the line i lost all the rebound in it. Probably guessing i lost all the oil in it as well. Most likely bad o-rings. So i am going to put those in. As for my ? I called the dealership and asked for the specs as to filling the thing up. Needlesss to say they were very reluctant to give them to me. Now do these sound right? they said it takes a five wieght oil for the the shock and to fill it 50 mL below the top of the tube, put it back together and charge with 142 PSI of nitrogen through the resevoir. Any one who could verify this would be greatly appreciated. And as to rebuilding this would i need to get into the valve body between the Resevoir and the shock and replace anything in there? ok thanks let me know.
