|  '81 yamaha seca 750 shifting problems
several months ago I lost 1st and then 2nd gears. Just false nuetrals, no grinding, wierd noises, etc... pulled off outer covers before realizing engine must be pulled and lower end split before accessing gears & shift forks... bent/broken shift fork? fixable without split?? I'm an ASE master mechanic, but am I opening up a can of worms here?? How easy to pull motor(shaft drive) and split bottom case? or just put back together, ride w 3,4,5 gears? thanx... |
