| My old man has a virago and I am baffled on what to tell him to try. The bike will run fine when its cool, but as soon as the bike gets warmed up it can and will cut out unexpectedly. It began losing one cylinder and he would stop for about 5 min and it would start and run another 20 miles or so. It has gotten to the point where both cylinders will quit within 1-2min of each other and only be able go 2-3 miles before stoping and letting it cool down and start again. We have bought and replaced both coils and wires, spark plugs, and CDI box. The only thing I could think of that would cause problems like this is possibly the voltage regulator, but I've never seen a bad or weak voltage regulator start a bike so good. It will start just fine and there is no popping of the cylinder before it goes out. It just seems like someone cut the carb off. If anyone has had this problem or has any idea on how to go about to fix it would be great! Thanks

Blocked fuel line, filter or screen. Water accumulating in the bottom of the tank. (Long shot) Vapor lock caused by tiny exhaust leak directed at or near carb. (Very long shot).

| He actually took of the bowls and the front cylinder bowl float valve was just trickling out. There's probably some stuff in the carbs stopping fuel from entering. The bike is gonna go to a carb guy so it can be properly set and synced too. Hopefully that stops the problem. thanks
