Default Suzuki JR50 Service Torque Specs

I am rebuilding my 5 year old JR50 and would appreciate if someone could provide me with the following torque specs since I don't have the service manual:

1.- Cylinder head nuts.
2.- Exhaust flange (to cylinder) bolts.
3.- Intake Manifold bolts.

The last two I can do without but the cylinder head nuts torque would really be appreciated.

Thanks,

Chris
