my 87 dr100 wont go - Motorcycle-Journal Forums

i have a 1987 dr 100 and it worked perfectly until the cops took it away in July, i got it back today and no way well it go. I tried priming it but it would only run for about half a second than shut off again. I tried jump starting it but when i pop the clutch she just barly purrs while it is moving than when it stops rollin it well shut off again. i dont no what to do..any suggestions?thanks in advance

Try dumping the gas out of the tank and refill with fresh gas, if it's been sitting around for 4 months, the gas may be bad.
