I forgot about the Mechanics Section............... I asked a question about the charging system on an 83 Honda CB 650. I have a chance to get this bike but it has a charging system issue, just asking if there is a fix for this problem that someone has done in the past. The old Suzuki GS's had an achilles heal and that was the R/R (regulator/rectifier). This was cured by putting on a Honda CB R/R which was much better to withstand the heat and lasted longer. However.....this is a CB 650 and it has the same problem as the old GS's. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Smurf |
