Default Kudos to Adventure MotoStuff

I ordered a headlight modulator from Adventure MotoStuff last Saturday and received it today (Friday). Good response!
Installation took all of 15 minutes, it was plug and play after removing two screws to remove the headlight (S50). I have had several close calls over the years and thought this might help.

I also have had close calls and one accident from people claiming they didn't see me over the years and have found the simple belief that the stupid ...t is going to pull out/change lanes/not stop etc etc to be sufficient....so far fingers and toes crossed anyway. I always ride defensivly and keep a sharp look out for cagers who have other things on their minds.

A modulator is a good idea but I tend to take the attitude if they are not looking anyway what good will any extra lites sounds and or anything else do? Just my HO.

I've had a headlight modulator for 3 years now.

I always rode like I was invisible.

BUT, the modulator causes people to stop and look again. My modulator didn't work for a week (had to move the daylight sensor to a better spot after a windshield change). That week removed all doubt that the modulator is noticed. With the modulator on, people would start to pull out then stop, seeing me. Without it, the usual "left turn in front of" and "pull out of parking spots in front of" were numerous. I was prepared for them, but it is nicer when it doesn't happen.

I also have hyper lights (flashing LED's on brake application) in the rear. Even if I am prepared, I prefer less accident avoidance maneuvers. I still keep my vigilance up, but I don't have as many incidents.
