|  PECULIAR ENGINE SOUND!
Kinda hummed along for 2 or 3 miles today between 105-110mph, which was 9k-10k rpms (if I remember rite; also in 6th gear). The engine sounded sorta like it was popping a bit. To me, it was like it was straining a bit. Mind you that I am in the 2nd phase of engine break-in & can do up to 11k rpms. Although I hadn't yet gone to 11k rpms should my engine be sounding this way around 9k-10k rpms? I'm new to the game but it was just a peculiar sound to me. |
