Default Sabotage? SUZUKI RF900R

Hello,

I own the above motorcycle and today I got on and when riding noticed that the engine was noisier than normal. When I slowed to a stop at junctions the engine would cut out unless I continually revved it. It started getting kind of award to drive so I stopped to look at it to discover liquid squirting out from the underside. There seems to be a tube that points downwards but ends with some sort of rubber stopper. It is located to the above-rear of the thing where you put the oil into sort of in the centre of the bike but accessible from the near-side (right). It had a tiny gash in it. Looked like it had been done with a knife. There are also another rubber hose located at the same sort of height but over to the right of the other one. This one also leads to no where but looks like it was previously connected to something and it was leaking some liquid which had a strong, weird smell. Right next to this hose is another one the same but I didn't see anything leaking from this. And there is another hose that points down and trails down the left side of the oil filter (if that what it is) which goes nowhere but I'm not sure maybe that is meant to be like that.

Anyone got any ideas? Sorry for the rubbish explanation.
