Default 1982 GS650 Starts with choke but dies when choke off

I have soaked the carbs cleaned the jets adjusted the floats. The bike fires right away with the choke on. I can give it a little gas and it revs up somewhat. If i crank the throttle hard it bogs and then stalls.
When I turn off the choke it just stalls almost immediatly.

The bike is a GS550MZ with a 650 engine installed with mikuni BS32SS Carbs.

The plugs are showing a rich mixture but i would assume this is from the choke being on...

Any suggestions?
Thanks

Default My 94 RF900..

is doing the same thing. Warming it up has no effect. This came on suddenly, like the flu.

New plugs, check airbox, drain carbs, carb cleaner, all to no avail.

Default Chad's right

You have to do more than soak the carbs, you've got to actually dissamble them. My 750 started missing on one cylinder below 3k, after that it was fine. Took them apart and made sure I couldn't see anything, ran a small wire thru all the jets after removing, gave each opening I could see a blast of degreaser, worked like a top after that. You'va gotta think the size of the holes isn't great so it wouldn't take much to plug them up....Mike
