Default Turbochargationizing...ing a gsxr-600

Ok. I've been riding for about a year now, with no problems on my starter bike, a gixxer six. I've been mulling over the idea of selling the six and buying the litre bike. Insurance, cost of a brand new bike and insurance have stopped me from doing that. Now I'm looking into turbocharging my 600 ( over the next year, more like planning and saving at the moment ). I know it's been done. I've seen it done. And I want it done to mine. I was wondering if anybody on the board has done it, to any bike and i'm very interested in other six's t/c'd. And I was also wondering if anybody knew of a company that could/already make a header/manifold for it. I plan on taking a small turbo off an older car, like maybe the old eclipse gst or something that wouldn't get more that 15 lbs of boost.

Before I get flamed there's more logical reasons of turbocharging. If it's too much power I can always turn the boost all the way down in wet situations ( can't do that on a litre ), I can slowly move up in boost, so it's not like jumping on a litre for the first time. and it'll sound really neat .

I was also wondering possible costs, i figure around 2500$ since most car apps cost around that.
