hi, I just bought a 2000 dr650, and it seems to me that one pipe is getting far too hot. it is the pipe that sits right in front of the engine, i think it is the beginning of the exhaust. this pipe becomes red-hot as soon as i reach 70mph. is this normal, or am i riding the bike too fast? or is something wrong. it just went to a suzuki dealer for a service, and the mechanic told me the bike is in great condition. but still that redhot glow in the dark pipe bothers me a little bit. thanks, Ann |
