Unhappy GS500E Stalls at high speeds or colder weather

Hi there! I'm new to this forum here, and I wanted to see if anyoine ha advice to my problem.

This has been happening for a couple years now. I have a 1995 Suzuki GS500E, that for the most part runs very well.

My problem is this. It originally started that when I would rife fast (80mph or so) for an extended time (5-10 minutes), my bike would eventually stall (like it was not getting enough gas) and I'd (obviously) have to pull over. After waiting for 5-10 minutes, I could finally get it to start again.

Now I solved that by staying a little slower.

But NOW, a very similar thing happens at lower speeds, but more when it is coller outside (at night) or when it is a little damper outside.

Everything seems to be running fine, but then after a couple minutes at higher speeds (50-60mph) it stalls out (seeming like it's running out of gas or on fumes, but that is not the case). So once again, after I wait by the side of the road for 5 minutes, it starts up again fine.

Originally when i told my mechanic about it, he thought it might be a 'venting' problem, but he made sure there were no kinks in the venting hose (?) but the problem has continued.

Any advice would be most helpful!!!
