Default wheels

I have a 2004 volusia that has front end vibration , I put brand new tires on and was told by the shop that the wheel was out of round had to get the wheel trued has anyone had this problem

Spoke wheels should be trued every now and then. No big deal- my local metric shop doesn't do them, and the dealer charges too much, so I take mine to the same local independent that works on my old Harley.
