Default New Member, need some advice

I have a 2006 Honda VLX 600DX with 2300 miles on it and my ride has developed a vibration from the motor.
It starts right up and sounds fine , but when I give it a little gas and bring the RPM up is when the vibration starts, a lot of the vibration is from the gas tank. I checked the torque on the bolt on the tank and it's right on.
I have the shop manual on this bike and I checked all of the torque settings on the motor mounts.
Could the timing have sliped a little?
Would the carb need to be re-jeted...( I live at 3000 feet )
The bike is under warranty for over 2 more years, but the dealership is over 100 miles away . I do not want to ride the bike that far, so I would have to rent a trailer to get it there.
Any advice would be great....Thanks Magnum
