|  VL800 running problem
Hi, I've got a 2003 volusia intruder 800 and up until recently was running sweet as a nut. It fires up first time every time on 3/4 choke and after a minute or two...off I go. Trouble seems to be after a short time and after I've pushed choke fully in, acceleration is fine, however de-celeration is rough, to the point of spluttering and even conking out on next stop. So far I've overcome this simply by switching off (if it hasn't already conked out) and immediately re-starting. This usually results in her running fine thereafter. Any suggestions?? Someone mentioned possible connections problems? Thanks Graeme |
