Default 1998 Katana 600 won't run

we are dealing with a 1998 Katana 600 with 5050 miles and a full RS-3 exhaust. here's the probleme bike wouldn't fire so i put in a set of plugs gaped at .028 and started up the bike ran perfect and smooth at idle for about 5 minutes and then just died. i started it up again and it fired right up but now with a slight vibration almost like it was missing a cylinder but not as rough and now it won't maintain idle (this is with no chocke) and it just dies. now it's just sparatic it won't start at no choke but it will at full choke and the more gas you give it the faster it dies...whats wrong!!!

Please help me-Drew-

this link is a sparkplug specialist site and they recommend a 0.7 gap and an 8 temp, this could affext the running of the bike especially the temp of the plug.
Could also be a bit of crap/moisture in the carbs making it idle badly
