|  Service - '99 Honda Cbr F4
I love working on my toys and this is my first sport bike. I bought the full service manual, but i have to be honest with you, i know very little about the products available for these bikes. So, i have some questions and would love any feedback you guys have. What is the best oil for this bike? I've heard full synthetics are good for my bike b/c it has 14k miles..is that true? What is the best brand? How often should it be changed? What is a good brake fluid for this bike? How often should it be changed? Any recommendations for a good transmission fluid? How often should that be changed? What is a good hight output light that i can use so i can see better at night? What is a good chain greaser? How do i know when to grease it up again? How would i know when to adjust the carbs? Is it easy to do with the various kits out there or should it be left to the pros? Anything else you can think, please throw in a much information as possible!! Or if you know of a good website or reading material, i would definitely be interested in that as well. I know there are a lot of questions in there, but would definitely enjoy the feedback. Thanks! |
