Default Pulling the flywheel/starter clutch, very sticky

I'm trying to replace the now shredded starter clutch on my 1999 GZ250 and it's just not coming off. I've removed the crankshaft nut, leaving seemingly nothing in the way of removing the flywheel and starter clutch assembly from the crankshaft — but it's not coming off.

I've tried a gear puller, but all I've managed to accomplish (using at least 150ft lbs of torque) is to remove the nut on the other side of the crankshaft. The damn parts just won't come off.

Is there anything else other than the crankshaft nut in the way of getting the flywheel/starter clutch assembly off? Thanks a lot for the help.

is there a ring lock around the outside of the clutchplate holding it in? if there is just take a screwdriver and pliers and carefully pull the beginning out and walk it out of its place making sure not to bend or twist it the wrong way, cuz if you do its gonna be a %%%%% to put back in.
