Default GS500E rev counter

wobbles a lot within the casing, and the backlight shines around the edge.

What can I do to stop this?

have you tried pulling the guage completly out. once you do that you may be able to see how to get it apart. but other than that, i have no idea how it would go together besides screws, and if they dont have any screws, then its probably glued together. you're gonna have to break it apart and get some glue to put it back together. just be careful when breaking it apart, see if you can get a small screwdriver into the seam and gently pry and walk it around the seam being careful not to break it. worst case scenario, you break it and have to go to your local dealer and pick up a new one. good luck
