Default oil change

HI,
I would like to attempt a few things with my 83 suzuki 650G this weekend .
first what is the easist way to change the brake fluid on these bikes , my pads seem ok how do I remove the old fluid and how much fluid should I put back. Also about the oil change the bike under hard acceleration in fourth gear seems to make the clutch slip the reason I say this is beacuse the revs increase but I dont sense the power hitting the pavement does this mean I am in desperate need of an oil change due to viscosity breakdown? just had someone check the cable adjustment and everthing seems ok?

To change the brake fluid, remove the cover from the master cylinder and remove most of the fluid with mom's turkey baster or similar. Do not remove all of it, as you don't want to get air in the line.
Now fill it up with fresh fluid. Crack the bleeder open at the brake caliper and squeeze the brake lever in (use a length of rubber hose to direct the fluid coming out into an empty container). Tighten the bleeder and then release the lever. Every 4 or 5 pumps add some fluid to the master cylinder so it does not get low enough to suck air in the line.
Repeat until clean fluid comes out of the bleeder. Then tighten the bleeder, top off the master cylinder, and put the cap back on.
Repeat the process for the rear brake. It is usually a lot easier if you have someone to help: you opn and shut the bleeder, they pump the lever/ foot pedal for you.

An oil change is always a good idea, but usually it is not the reason the clutch is slipping. Usually if the problem is oil related, such as the wrong kind of oil, too little oil, or oil too thin, the clutch will slip in all gears, especially the lower ones. A clutch that slips in higher gears under hard acceleration is simply wearing out and will need to be changed soon. Soon it will start slipping in 3d, then 2d, and then it won't engage at all. A clutch is no big deal. If you can do it yourself the parts only cost about $75, but add $200-300 to that if you have to pay someone to do the labor.
