Default Looking for some help with my 04 katana

Morning everyone, I seem to be having some issues, with my ‘04 katana. Saturday I rode it for a bit, and shut it down. The next morning, I went out to ride it to work, and could not keep it running. I could not get it started with the choke; I had to hold the throttle open just a bit. Once it started it would die, nothing I could do would keep it running. I changed the plugs, checked the fuel filter. I've had some problems with the choke, since last year, but at least I could get it running. Now I can't even do that.
Thanks in advance for any help

Welcome, 25. Some more information might be useful. How many miles on the bike? Has it had its scheduled valve adjustments? What kind of choke problems? Did you check fuel level and the petcock position? I'm sure we can help if you give us more to go on.

ok, little more info. the bike has less then 600 miles on it, it ran more or less fine for the month of april and through may. the choke problem: well when ever i went to start it, i would full choke it so it would start, but once i got it started it i couldn't take the choke off without it quiting. every time i came to a stop i would have give a little throttle or it died, hot or cold really did not seem to make a difference. it hasn't had a valve adjustments. but the fuel level was half, and the petcock was set to standard running postion.
Thanks

Any aftermarket stuff or modifications? I'm at a loss, though with that few miles I'd take 'er back to the dealer and let them sort it out under warranty.
