|  low idle
Bike: 97 Suzuki Bandit 1200s 23,000 miles I bought my bike about a month ago and have put about 1000 miles on it so for. I have notice that the idle has gotten lower and lower. The specs in the manual say that it should idle around 1500 rpm. It is down around 1000rpm. I have changed the Oil, and spark plugs. My next couple of steps is to change air filer, and adjust the vales. I know I could change the idle control, but would rather find the problem then a work around. Any thought on what is causing the low idle, and is it normal to need to adjust the idle? |
