|  One carb running rich
I've been troubleshooting this for a week or so now...my #4 header is alot cooler than the other 3, which i'm told means its running rich. i've taken it apart and looked it over, everything looks fine and similar to #3 which i took apart also for reference. I've switched the spark plug on #4, tested the spark plug on #4 (sparked), and switched out the coils (still running rich). The carbs were jetted to stage #3 this winter. It could have been running richer than the other 3 before though. I've got white smoke coming out of the crankcase breather also, which i'm told is likely related to the rich air/fuel mix in #4. Before i noticed the white smoke out of the crankcase breather and the rich fuel mixture, i did a valve adjustment. Any ideas???? (This is a '92 Katana 750) |
