Default fuel line/gas hose

I was getting ready for a warm-day's ride this morning only to find out that my fuel line is leaking. My bike is a '97 Intruder 800 and it's in very good shape, except this newly discovered leak.
The leak seems to be right behind the fuel switch, where the gas hose clamps on to the stub behind the switch. I don't know if the calmp is loose but the gas hose seems to be worn out also. I'm thinking about getting a gas hose and some clamps and changing the whole thing out.
I didn't have much time to look at it this morning but it looked to me like to replace the hose I'm gonna need to take a bunch of other stuff off the bike first. How hard of a task is this? Should I just go to a bike-mechanic and have him fix it?

Besides the tank, what "bunch of stuff" would you have to pull? Fuel lines are generally quite accessible, and modern systems use clamps that are a cinch to work with.

thanks Rowdy. I took a quick look at it this morning, and I couldn't see the entire hose from the openings. That's why I was thinking I might have to take "a bunch of stuff" off.
Than you. I'll try to pick up a hose tonight and fix it myself.
