Default Maxim head problems

I have a 1981 Yamaha 650 Maxim that seems to be froze solid. I thought that I would take the head off and clean the cylinders, however, when I removed the valve cover, I seen that this bike has duel overhead cams and I cannot figure out how to remove the chain off the two sprockets in order to remove the head. Can anybody help me with this problem.

Welcome to the site. The best thing to do is find a repair manual for your bike, manuals have pics and alot more info and most of the time easy to understand.
