|  carb problem
i have a 91 katana 750 that has been sitting in my garage for the past three years. i recently started it, but have run into a probelm. the bike starts up fine and idles fine, but when i put the bike into first gear it sputters then stalls, no matter how much i open the throttle. i was told by a car mechanic that the bike could be losing pressure in the carb. does anyone have any opinions or thoughts? do i need to clean the carb, or do i need to replace it? thanks |
