| I just purchased the Suzuki Light bar for my C50 and ran into a few problems (I know I should have purchased the cobra). First problem is I can not tighten the light assembly to the bar tight enough so it will not move. It's like the mounting stud is too small or the bracket on the light is spaced too far apart from each other. Thought about putting a washer in between the bracket and the stud to make up some of the space. Anyone run into this? I tightened the left light to the point that I made the bolt holding the stud loose. Second problem looks to be the wire from the light is going to show. Is this normal? Any help would be great. After I get everything the way it should be, I'll take it apart and reassemble using lock tight. After reading the comments about light bulbs not lasting, I'll get the 4411 this week. Anything I need to know about the 4411 bulb and the Suzuki light bar? If this has already been covered, I could not find it and apologize. Thanks in advance. Earl |

| I have never done the install, but was asking the service dept. at my dealer about the bulb problem and he said there was service bulletin about the early OEM bars not having a ground wire installed. So check with the service dept. where you got your bike. You may not need to go to all the trouble of swapping bulbs. VOLusia should be along to give some advise on install. |
