Default Are different race cans really that different?

OK so they look and sound different...but are the differences in performance gains worth shouting about?

If so, what do you advise as 'the' can for a gsxr600 '98?

I've been advised to look for a road legal can with removeable baffles (Blue Flame specifically) which sounds sensible - but what if I don't wanna be sensible?

Bottom line is that performance gains just aren't worth the money. Figure maybe if you're lucky 1% per $100 spent.

They will increase your top end but may hurt your bottom range.

i think yoshimura is a great sounding exhaust for anything. not sure about the gains tho, gota be something, but will be minor. I know jet kits, with K&Ns and a good can is always good for some extra power.
