If your Air box is full of water then you have problems...

Lift the fuel tank up, Place the rod at the front to hold it up.
Look at the back of the Air box there is a pipe that runs up from the engine to the top in the centre, And if you look at the bottom of the Air box nearest the left side you will see a short plastic cap about 25mm long with a clip on it, This is the drain.....

Good luck

All done, there was a little bit on liquid in box,no big deal as I ride all weathers.
But,when it was serviced the mechanic told me one of the plug leads was loose.
Shame he didn't fix it!
And for his information two of the plug leads were loose, one so loose it was drawing in water, cleaned them up,nipped up crimps and refitted.
Bike running great now!
I knew it was a bad sign when I had to go back to mechanic 3 times because the sump plug wasn't sealing and I had oil all over my garage.
Won't be going there again.
