Default No pressure from brakes

Ok I have the cbr back together minus fairings. I went to replace brake fluid and now the front brakes have no pressure. We bled the system until we go just fluid and still no pressure at the lever. Any ideas as to whats wrong. i'm thinking that possibly the master cylinder has a problem but they worked before.

Some bike systems are a bugger to get bled and you'll need to use a vacuum bleeder.

Vacuum is the way to go.
Try bleeding the brakes on a intergrated front and rear system, like my Guzzi had, HA HA I can laugh now but you dont know fustration until you do that for the first time.

Who needs brakes? They just slow you down!

I bought a vacuum bleeder. It still sits in the box. They aren't all that. Some systems take a LONG time to get all of the air out of them. That's just the way it is. I did a bleed job on an '87 Ninja that took a couple of hours to get good pressure. And I know WTF I am doing. Yeah, it f-ing sucked. My 1100 racebike was the same way, albeit new lines, calipers, cylinder etc. Even AFTER using the vacuum bleeder. I did it by hand. Let me ask you this, did you bleed the BANJO bolts? Especially the one off the master reservoir? How about the caliper bolts?

Here's what I had to do on my Kat earlier this year to get my brakes to work.

I removed the calipers from the bike, I cracked the bleed off valve & squeezed the caliper piston all the way down using channel locks, when the piston was at zero I tightened the bleeder valve. I did this to all my calipers. Once I reinstalled the calipers back on the bike I bleed them, I don't know why but this worked fast.

Unless you have a leak in your lines I would look at the master cylinder.

It might also be that you have to wait a few hours for the bubbles to rise out of the lines after you try bleeding them each time.

Right, AND speaking of that, take a zip-tie and tie it around the handlebar and the brake lever. Pull the zip-tie tight so that it maintains pressure on the brake lever. Then let it sit overnight. That will allow those pesky bubbles to rise and give you more pressure when you start bleeding again.
