|  Please help with my 88 GSXR750
Hi i have an 88 GSXR750 with 36000k's on the clock which has developed a problem where after half hour of highway riding it develops a terrible miss and will not idle (it sounds like it drops a cylinder) sometimes it will only last a few minutes and other times it will last all day, but i can start it the next day and ride it around town all day and its fine but as soon as you do a highway ride it always does it. I have taken it to two different bike shops the first one flushed the fuel tank and drained and balanced the carbys and it was worse than before i took it there, the second shop rebuilt and re-balanced the carbys and changed the air filter it was better but it still develops the same miss it always had. Please help as i have already spent a $800 and the problem has not improved i am ready to sell my beloved bike and go back to driving a car. |
