|  Sending tank out for painting - How to prep?
My wife and I are sending our tanks (as well as fenders and sides) to her cousin, who does a lot of custom painting for cars, motorcycles, guitars, etc. How do I prepare the tank for shipment? I know I have to drain it of gas (obvious), but what next? Do I rinse w/ water? What about the potential for rust? - EP |
