 |  GN250 ignition coil
I have a 1982 GN250 with a dead Ignition Coil. Can I replace it with another more common Coil? I'll have to send away for the Suzuki stock item and wondered if anyone knows of a backyard solution. Maybe something Canadian Tyreish ?? (The local automotive department store) It's not a big deal to wait for the stock item if I have to, being that winter's closing in, but I like to tinker with these things and I can't find a Coil in my city. Also does anyone know if the GZ250 is the same bike. only with a new name and valve cover? It's unfortunate the Suzy dealer here doesn't know anything about this kind of stuff ... even whether the GZ is the same as the GN. ... sigh .... Thanks |
