Ok I need some help asap. I have been having charging problems with my SV. It is a 2001 with 18k miles on her. I just replaced the battery and starter relay. Now i go to start it in the morning after sitting all night and the battery is dead. So my question is, what is it? Here is what happened...Saturday i ride to my buddies house. it was fine, go to start it sunday morning after sitting in a shed all night in temps around the mid 40's. Battery is dead. We jump it at the starter(yea could be a bad idea, but its a lot faster than taking off a bunch of crap to find the battery. ride out for 40 minutes...she starts fine all day after that. rode her for about 150 miles all day and started her about 6 times. Go to start it this morning and the same thing, battery is drained. I tried push starting the bike like 6 times, got it running once, but she died...tried to jump it but my housemates had really wussy jumper cables. BTW when I am riding the lights are normal brightness but if i hit the brake hit, they dim only slightly...eh, i dunno and i don't want to take it to a shop if i can help it...help pleeeease!
