I have a neighbor with a bike thats mentioned in the title.I told him,"sure I can fix it right up for you.I know these things" So now the bike is at my place and I need to know how to fix it.When the bike is warm it seems ok.When cold,I have to prime each cylinder to get it to fire up.Once started,it justs bogs.Again once warm, its ok,kind of. Can anyone, take me by the hand and lead me it some sort of direction.Thank you.

Sounds like the carbs need cleaning...1st get a manual, U need this for cable routings, and torque specs, etc. Then go to www.thegsresources.com, and find their carb cleaning link. I believe its under the "garage" sidebar. Should get you started in the right direction. Very Helpful site for the GS series bikes.

BTW...If you "know these things" why are you posting about something that is fairly easy to diagnose, solve. Is your neighbor a hottie?
