Default 11,000 mile valve adjustment results

So i decided it would be a good idea to get the valves checked out since i have 11,000 miles on the bike now, the question for me was who would i get to do it since all the work ever done on it was done by me, so i started doing a little research and found out a guy in my area was posting repair/labor on motorcycles on craiglist so i called and explained what i wanted done on my bike, after a few minutes of talking to him i realize its a guy who used to be a head tech at a popular bike shop not far from me, he has since moved on to work at another big outfit within an hour of me, the good news is he lives 10minutes from my house and does work on the side to supplement his income, here is the best part i get a valve job, changed my spark plugs, checked all cables for adjustment, and did a compression check all for $100 dropped off the bike on friday night and picked it up today.

Here are the results the exhaust and intake were both within spec and the compression test showed 190 on both front and back and both plugs looked to be of normal color for the time that they have been in, the mechanic is very good and spent a lot of time with me when i picked it up explaining the details, he even wiped the whole bike down for me and gave me back old plugs and told me what to look for in color when changing plugs, he then showed me the compression test equipment and explained the importance of doing this test. needless to say i am very happy with the results and will tell everyone i know to go to him to get work done, another friend of mine who rides only sport bikes gets all of his work done by him and i now see why, you cannot beat knowing a good mechanic, i also feel very good knowing that the bike has stayed within spec on the valves considering i have had the bike two years yesterday and 11,000 miles and never had them checked before, hope these results help answer some of the questions maybe some of you have had in regards to the valves.
