Has anyone here tried to install a Cobra FI2000R on a 2009 Suzuki M50? I purchased the FI2000R and the injector connectors are totally different. Part number on the box is correct(92-1862), but connectors are totally different. Anyone know if Suzuki changed the injector and connector design during 09 model? I will attempt to up load the two connectors for everyones review. First photo is the Cobra connector for the injector. second photo-bike connector removed from injector and its shape. third-bike injector connector. Fourth-showing the location of injector with the connector removed... just below the throttle body. I called Cobra Engineering and told me I got the wrong plug. I really don't think I removed the wrong Plug. Any input will be great. thanks. |
