Default Vibration/wobble in the handle bars...

Last night I went cruising and every now and again I take my hands slightly off the handle bars to ensure the bike's suspension is good... i.e. balance and what not. Well, as soon as I took my hands off the handle bars start to wobble. This was about 40 mph and my hands were less than an inch off the bars so I can grab them again quickly. Once I put my hands back on I didn't feel anything out of the ordinary. Sometimes while in a slow turn I could feel the front wobble slightly and this has been going on for a while. It didn't happen before I got new tires but since I put on these Dunlop 404s it's been a very slight concern. Later on last night I did this same thing at 35 mph thinking it might have been the road but it happened again. What do you think the problem is? Could it be just a wheel out of balance or low tire pressure? I couldn't check the tire pressure right then because the tire was hot. I plan on checking that later on today when I go out again (didn't go out today), or something more serious like a wheel bearing needs replacement?
