just did some digging and found this

HOW TO READ TIRE WEAR

the comments read to the effect "cupping caused by worn suspension."

not sure exactly how this applies to a bike vs a cage.

When I had the wobble issue, mine turned out to be loose steering head bearings. Get them retorqued and see if that helps, with me the wobble is still there barely if I take my hands off, but nothing like it was before retorqueing. I also had no issue on the original tires, but found it with the tire change.

I used to work on cars over 20 years ago and the station I worked at, being I was the new guy, I was in charge of tire issues, customers that has tire problems. I had to handle them all and was taught what this links states.... over 20 years ago. But it doesn't translate to motorcycles very well, just vehicles with more than three tires.
