Default Vance & Hines Cruzers Owners ... I have a few questions?!?!

I was hoping someone with an M50 and Vance & Hines Cruzers could do me a huge favor. I'm looking to upgrade from the stock exhaust for performance reasons (doing naked jugs mod as well) and I would like to know a few things.

1) Is Vance & Hines inscribed anywhere OTHER THAN the heat shielding? Reason for my asking is that I plan on leaving the heat shielding off and doing some black header wrap instead. I like the blackout look of the M50's lower half, but I don't want too much chrome or too much black, so I think leaving the muffler section uncovered would look good. If I don't like it, I have only wasted about $75 in header wrap and about 2 hours of my time and will simply add the V&H covers.

2) Does this exhaust stagger the pipes like the stock setup, or are they one on top of the other like the straight shots?

3) How far from the stock tire's "lip" (if you don't have the stock rear tire, please don't answer) does the outermost part of the pipes stick? For example, the stock pipes stick out 9 3/16" (roughly, between 9 1/16" & 9 1/8"). That is one of my hangups with the stock setup ... the pipes stick out past the rear tire and also stick out too far from the bike's verticle plane for my taste.

4) How was the power curve affected by these pipes ... I would assume with them being basic true-dual setup with no crossover pipe that you got more low end torque, but not much hp up top. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Thanks in advance for answering these questions!
