My bike has recently started doing something wierd. I first noticed coming home from my fun 3 day trip in the rain in the TN/NC mountains. I was heading down the mountain on the interstate from the NC line to Johnson City. With the throttle held steady the bike would "hesitate" or jerk every few minutes. Did the same thing Sunday heading down a mountain on a highway in Virginia. This was at speeds of around 60 mph. Rode the bike again yesterday evening and it did it again going down a slight hill at around 35 mph. Only does it when throttle is held steady. Could I have fouled a plug on my trip? Could it be something to do with the valves? To my knowledge the plugs have not been changed on the bike. Bought it used with under 8000 miles and I now have over 10000 on the bike so it is definitely due for a plug change. Any thoughts?
