I was out riding with my dad last weekend and the high beam in my headlight burnt out. I mentioned that it was a Silverstar Ultra and he warned me that when he used that same bulb in his Honda VTX it eventually burned up his ignition switch due to the added load or something like that. He was told it was due to how the starter switch was wired and how the headlight comes on with the key, then turns off and on as the bike is started....???
Has anybody had any issues using the Silverstar Ultra burning up the starter switch in their M?
