Default Windshields: Alleycat vs Hellcat vs Streetshield EX
Bike came with the OEM shield. I get no head buffeting, but I swear it creates more helmet noise - even loud pops. Also I think I'd prefer a quick release model.

The Poptop is obviously very popular here, but I see it's the same size as the OEM that I have.

I'm not much of an interstate rider. I'd mostly use the shield in the winter and on 3+ day trips.

So my questions are:
  1. If I go with a bit taller shield (18" vs 15-16") will that cut down on the noise?
  2. Will the taller shield cause head buffeting at my height (just shy of 5'6)?
  3. Any advice on the 3 shields listed (ease of on/off; adjustability; durability, vibration - of shield itself or transfered to bars etc)
