|  Question about gas tank console removal
So heres the deal. Just got my 05 M50 bout 2 weeks ago. The guy who had it before didn't take good care of it. you can see the dirt and crap, comin out from under the tank console (chrome piece on top of gas tank). I want to take just the tank console off to clean underneath it. I gotta get all the dirt and crap outta there its drivin me nuts. What I need to know is, besides the 3 bolts that bolt the chrome console to the top of the tank, what else do I need to do? is there anything special I have to do, or any problems I might encounter?
